4 cups all purpose white flour
1 cup butter flavor or solid white shortening
1/3 cup double-acting baking powder
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
4 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
Combine all in large mixing bowl until mixture resembles cornmeal
