Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Mix

Makes 1 loaf.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine in Jar or Ziploc Bag, attach tag.

Attach the following instructions on a gift tag:

Combine the following in a mixing bowl:

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 Jar mix

Pour into prepared loaf pan, Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-6- minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
