2 cups water
1 teaspoon powdered goldenseal root
Bring herb to a boil in water. Boil herb in water, reduce heat, simmer 10
minutes. Remove from heat, steep 30 more minutes.
Once cool, Strain and apply it to the gums w/ syringe or eyedropper, or dip
clean cotton washcloth and rub gums & teeth clean.
