Comfrey Gel

(for minor burns & abrasions)
1 cup freshly chopped comfrey root
1 cup water
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Let cool, then strain.
Apply the resulting gel immediately or pour into ice cube trays & freeze
for later. To use, simply rub gel on affected area.
