1 T chamomile
1 T  red clover
1 T  comfrey root
1 T thyme

 

Simmer on low in 2 cups water for 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool slightly,  Dip wool cloth into very warm liquid, and apply to sore or inflamed area. Change the fomentation every 15-20 minutes. This treatment helps bring the infection out and cause it to drain. Once it has drained properly, sprinkle it with antibacterial powder.
