2 c. white flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. brewer's yeast from the health food store
2 cloves minced garlic
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 c. chicken or beef stock
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl.. Mix the oil & garlic and blend
into the flour mixture, adding stock, then flour mix, until all is used up.
Dough should be fairly smooth. Roll out on a lightly floured surface until
1/4 inch thick. Cut into cookies with biscuit cutter or shaped cookie
cutters & Bake at 400 F on greased cookie sheets for 20-25 minutes. Shut
oven off, open door slightly & Cool in the oven to allow cookies to dry out
thoroughly.
