Apple Juice Cubes

 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
6 oz. can of apple juice concentrate
Pour gelatin into a bowl & add water. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add apple juice. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan and chill. Cut into squares when firm.
