This recipe couldn’t be easier, even a small child can make it!

You’ll Need:
1 Single Serve Container Plain Greek Yogurt (about 3/4 cup)
1 Cup Self Rising Flour (myo here)

Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well, then knead for 5-8 minutes until the dough is pliable and soft. Immediately roll it out, add your desired toppings and bake as you would any regular pizza recipe!

Seriously, folks, that’s it. For those wondering what temperature to bake your pizza at, the answer is a Minimum of 450F, but we really recommend a 9-10 min cook time at 550 degrees

Decent Pizza should always be baked at High temperatures.

If you prefer a slightly sweeter taste you can add 1 tsp of sugar to the self-rising flour just prior to mixing. Alternatively, you could also use Gluten Free Self Rising Flour to make a Gluten Free pizza dough.

  1. i am going to try this this weekend, grandma made homemade pizza with the kids this last weekend with fridge pizza dough (that is usually so expensive, i will give this one a try and see how it works. love all the ideas from this website, some things don’t work very well but i would say 90% of everything I get from this site is full proof, I keep my laptop in the kitchen so I can reference to this site. Keep up the great work.:caffeineoverload:

  2. i got to try this out earlier this week and it worked great!! the crust was soft and breadlike. i baked it at 425 for 15-20 min with the toppings on and it was yummy.

I may try to prebake the crust for about 5 min before adding toppings next time and up the temp to 450, but we were very happy with the results!! Yum!!! Next I am going to use the same dough and try calzones, cinnamon rolls, etc and see how those turn out.

    Very quick and easy recipe!!!

    • Does it have to be Greek yogurt or can just reg .plain?:
Also does this make one pizza crust or two ? :worthy:

Greek Yogurt- it’s considerably thicker and much less runny than regular yogurt. Yes, you must use greek yogurt. This makes 1 crust.
